Can I order by telephone or by fax?

You can either place an order by calling our toll free number 800-773-8123 or 505-984-1419 or by faxing your order to 505-989-3577.

Your fax order must include the following information:

1) Purchaser's full name
2) Shipping address with city, state and zip code
3) Billing address with city, state and zip code
4) Telephone number (including area code)
5) E-mail address
6) Name of Credit Card
7) Credit card number and expiration date
8) Name that appears on credit card.

The item being ordered will need the following information:

1) Item number as it appears on the thumbnail photograph
2) color
3) ring size
4) quantity

If you are planning to send this as a gift, please give us the following information:

1) Recipients full name.
2) Address with city, state and zip code
3) Telephone number (including area code)
4) A message for the gift card
5) Date that you would like the gift to arrive.
